ABOUT HEATHER

I am a working mom of two daughters and a wife who embodies the idea of balance. A dental hygienist by day, a CrossFitter, Runner, and perpetual seeker of health. My passion for the health sciences has driven me to educate others.   

I have a list of athletic accomplishments that encompass triathlons, half marathons, and local CrossFit competitions.  I also enjoy outdoor sports like mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding.   I believe leading a healthy well-rounded life is the best life I can show my girls as well as practice what I preach for my clients.   

I enjoy good food and drinks, quality time spent with family and friends, and always up for adventures.  I am a compassionate coach who will ask my clients to challenge themselves to reach their goals even when it is uncomfortable.  I will strive to help guide clients in their own personal journey because seeing their successes are so powerful and rewarding.
