ABOUT ERIN
I am a wife, mom of two boys, and lover of early mornings, outdoor adventures, and finding any excuse I can to visit the ocean.
Being introduced to macros has taught me how making good nutritional decisions allows me to do the things I love, like CrossFit workouts, swimming, backpacking, and running, while also having the energy to keep up with my busy little family. It’s also given me the confidence to crush some major goals, such as competing in my first triathlon, running a half-marathon, placing first in a local CrossFit competition, and hiking 24 miles through the Enchantments mountain range.
My nutrition journey has not been easy or perfect, but I am learning that being patient and gracious with myself, learning to listen to my body, and honoring the progress I have made is better than striving for perfection. For me, daily exercise and balanced nutrition is about being a healthy role model to my children and feeling confident in my ability to fuel my mind and body to work as efficiently as possible for a lifetime.
I have a degree in social work and have worked in the field of behavioral health since 2006. I am honored to work as a member of the AIM team to collaborate with the coaches on how we can best serve our members and promote wellness in their body and mind. I am passionate about providing our members with tools to encourage healing from years of distorted eating patterns and empower them
to create healthy habits, a positive body image, and self-trust to create progress they can actually maintain for a lifetime.
