Chocolate Chia Mousse
This chocolate chia mousse is the perfect Valentine’s Day treat!💕
Ingredients:
3/4 cup (120g) chia seeds
2 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 cup (48g) cacao powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours. Remove from fridge and transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Refrigerate the mixture at least an additional two hours. Serve mousse chilled with whipped cream and cacao nibs. Serves six!
