Sage Turkey Breakfast Sausage
1 pound ground turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup almond flour
25g chopped green onion
25g chopped sage
25g chopped rosemary
25g chopped thyme
Pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl. Once mixed well, portion out 2 ounce servings into your frying pan and cook! These are great to have on hand all week for a quick grab and go breakfast protein!
