ROASTED PARSNIPS
Roasted Parsnips:
Parsnips
Avocado oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Thyme
Start with about 2lbs of parsnips. Peel or wash the roots. Slice into “French fry” size. Rub all of the “fries” with 1/2 tbs avocado oil, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme...fresh is best but dried is good, too! Roast at 425 degrees for about 20-25mins.
