"Honestly, my goals when I started with AIM were mostly related to my weight and body composition. However, what I learned over time working with an AIM coach is that I wanted most was to learn how to adjust my eating habits into something that was sustainable and made my body physically feel and function at it's best.

My coach, Anna, worked with me to identify how emotional eating (and drinking) impacts my health and fitness goals, while also finding balance in being able to enjoy date nights out and homemade sourdough bread without feeling out of control or deprived.

I've also learned how to eat with purpose to best fuel my body for daily CrossFit workouts, training for my first half-marathon, and to perform my best on the competition floor. My time with AIM has been invaluable."
