Italian Chicken Pasta Salad

 
 

This easy Italian Chicken Pasta Salad takes just minutes to make with Banza pasta, chicken, Italian dressing, and our favorite combination of veggies. This super simple salad makes for easy dinner, quick lunch, or ideal to bring to potlucks. Such a delicious, protein-packed recipe can be modified to your own preferences and macros, so get creative!

Ingredients:

1 box of Banza noodles (cooked and rinsed with cool water)

Rotisserie or cooked cubed or shredded chicken

Roasted broccoli

Marinated artichoke hearts

1 can water chestnuts

Cherry tomatoes

Corn (canned or off the cob)

1/2 cup Italian dressing

2 TBS mayo or greek yogurt

Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Cook pasta according to box instructions. When pasta is done, drain it and run cold water over it so the noodles can cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and all remaining ingredients. Pour Italian dressing over it and stir together.
