CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHIA SEED PUDDING
A great way to sneak some fiber into your dessert!
1 cup liquid (this can be milk, almond milk, or any non dairy substitute) 40g of Chia Seeds 3 TBS cocoa powder 2 TBS PBFit 1 TSP vanilla Sweetener of choice (I use less than a packet of Splenda- you can use honey as well- I'm just watching my macros)
AIM is all about logistics, not everything has to be pretty or fancy or sexy.
I put a Tupperware on my scale and add everything to it, then put a lid on it and shake. Place it in the fridge overnight and voilà you have pudding in the morning. This serves as 2 servings but can be portioned out however it works best for you and your numbers!
