Chicken Burrito Bowl
This chicken burrito bowl is MUY BUENO! It’s easy to build your bowl to whatever fits your macros! 🥑🍅🌶🥙
Ingredients for one serving:
3oz. grilled chicken (we are loving the frozen @Tyson blackened chicken strips from @Costco).
170g riced cauliflower (or grain of choice)
65g black beans
30g avocado
15g shredded cheese
30g diced tomato or pico de Gallo
5g chopped cilantro
2 T fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Grill chicken to desired crispiness (these frozen strips are easy-peasy in the #airfryer). Sauté frozen cauliflower in a pan on medium heat with cilantro and fresh lime juice. Rinse and drain black beans and layer all items in the bowl on top of the riced cauliflower. Top with sprinkle of salt and fresh lime juice! 💃🏼
