ABOUT ANDREW

I’m a husband of a patient wife, father of a handsome boy and lover of good food. I also enjoy coffee dates with my family, walking my dog, physical fitness, family trips to the coast, F1 and all things outdoors in the northwest.

I’ve served in the community as a Sheriff’s Deputy since 2015. In this position I fell into the role of a teacher and enjoyed watching new law enforcement officers grow and hone their skills. I’m also able to help people in many different ways and have been known to ‘motivate’ others on what seems like their worst day. This is by far, the best part of my career. I can not explain the pure joy of watching someone realize their potential and surpass their past expectations of themselves. Driving cars fast on public roads loses its appeal quickly, but watching people improve their quality of life for themselves never does.

I strongly believe in every failure, there is an opportunity to learn more about yourself. Overall I have learned more through many acts of losing. Once this mindset settled in, nothing seemed impossible and I’m confident in my abilities to complete any task.

When I worked with AIM a few years ago, I learned my coach perfected the gift of sharing this mindset with others. I wasn’t challenged to just hit a specific macro each day, but to implement structure in my life and respect myself more. This was difficult but my coaches' attitude, positive outlook on everything and knowledge of nutrition helped me streamline my goals in more than just nutrition.

I want to help people bring balance to their lives, fuel their bodies and develop a growth, never quit, mindset.
