Thai Chicken Quinoa Bowl

Bowl meals are totally our jam because the options are endless and it makes it easy for the whole family to build their meal based on their preferences and needs.

Ingredients per bowl:

4 oz chicken, cooked

1/4 c quinoa, cooked according to instructions.

50g kale, massaged with 1 tsp olive oil

15g bean sprouts

40g shredded carrots

40g pineapple tidbits

20g shredded cabbage

40g red bell pepper, diced

1 tsp sesame seeds

5g green onions

5g cilantro

30g Trader Joes spicy peanut vinagrette

Instructions:

Assemble bowl according to your preferences and needs.
