Here's a refreshing summer beverage recipe for you. It's not alcoholic but, you could spike it if that's your thing.

Ice

1-2 TBS of apple cider vinegar

3 drops stevia (could sub honey)

juice of 1/4 lime

fresh berries

fill to top with sparkling water

No sugar or macros to count (if you don't eat the fruit), good for your gut, and replenishing during a hot day!
