Whether your goals are fat loss, muscle gain, or performance, having your nutrition dialed in will make the world of difference and one place to start is your pre-workout nutrition.
For you early birds, it doesn’t need to be complicated, but eat some carbs and we promise you will see improvement in your training fueled vs. fasted.
My go-to pre-workout foods for early morning workouts:
• rice cake or toast + PB Fit
• dried or regular fruit
• quick oatmeal
• Fuel for Fire pouch or applesauce squeeze packs
Make sure this snack is:
