Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs
Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs are quick, easy to peel, and are an egg-cellent protein source for breakfast on-the-go, snacks, and travel!
1. Place steam rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
2. Add 1/2 cup water.
3. Stack eggs (make sure they are not touching the sides of the pot).
4. Seal the lid and make sure the vent is closed.
5. Choose MANUAL setting for 7 minutes.
6. Once finished, pressure release for 7 minutes.
7. Remove from pot and soak in cold water.
8. Once completely cooled, store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
