Hurry and Eat

Hereโ€™s a non-egg, non-dairy breakfast idea for you! Itโ€™s high in protein and fiber and great carbs which will keep you full for quite a while and give you level energy! Itโ€™s a veggie hash on the bottom with onion, bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, asparagus, and zucchini chopped all about the same size and then sautéed in a tiny spritz of avocado oil or steamed in some water or bone broth to keep the fat down. This picture has a lean ground pork patty or you could sub a chicken sausage, ground turkey, shredded pork, or salmon as your protein. Then add fermented kraut and micro greens for added micro-nutrient boost! 6 ounces of mixed fresh berries from Costco gives you that little bit of sweet and tons of fiber to eat along with your breakfast, too!
