HOPE
People HOPE for a lot of things. We HOPE to not let the treats in the office get the best of us, we HOPE we can control our intake while out at dinner, we HOPE to run faster, lift heavier, be smarter, you name it.
Hope is a word to use when something is out of your control, like your favorite basketball team winning the NCAA tournament.
Your nutrition is in your control, you get to decide everything about it, there is no HOPE needed. Instead of hoping to make a change try taking action to make the changes you want to see. Put some structure into what you want to achieve and commit to your plan.
You’ll quickly see that DOING is much more advantageous than HOPE.
