Favorite Way To Feed A Crowd

Always have foods in the house that are primarily made up of protein, carbs, and fats to make building balanced meals even easier!

Meals like tacos are our favorite way to feed a family, crowd, or meal prep for your week while sticking to your macros. It’s all about separates!

Always start with your protein, and if you have the fat and carbs to spare, layer with cheese, sour cream, rice, beans, tortillas, corn chips, and avocado. Onion, cilantro, cabbage, lime juice, pico, kraut, and jalapeño pack a big punch for adding tons of flavor without using many macros!
