Egg Roll Bowl

• 32oz. extra-lean ground turkey (or ground beef, ground chicken, or vegan meatless crumbles). • 2 bags of cole slaw mix • 4 chopped green onions • 15g minced garlic • 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos • 2 tbsp sesame oil • Ground ginger and crushed red pepper flakes.

Brown meat in pan. In separate pan, sauté green onion in the oil, soy sauce, and garlic. Add cabbage, ginger, and red pepper and cook until mostly tender. Add meat to cabbage mixture and stir until warm. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds!
