Corn Thin Snack

Sometimes you're just hangry and you need to throw together a quick and balanced snack or mini-meal. At AIM we prefer you plan ahead and don't get to the point of "hangry" and that you eat three or so good solid meals in your day that will keep you full for hours. But this is a great go-to snack with ingredients that are easy to have on hand at all times. The turkey deli slices provide lean protein, the laughing cow cheese wedge is a little bit of fat and carbs and makes it creamy and delicious, the spouts add some great micro nutrients and fiber, and the corn cake is a great carb with fiber. We love topping anything like this with a sprinkle of Trader Joe's #EBTBseasoning! Look it up and get your hands on some! Sometimes two of these are the perfect size or sometimes just one. You could add more protein to hit your macro goals. You could also sub hummus or mustard or avocado if you're avoiding dairy.
