COLORFUL LUNCH IDEA

We're surrounded by treats, sweets and rich foods during the month of December. That's the best part of a flexible eating lifestyle...sometimes you can enjoy these special holiday foods and sometimes you just really need to stay away. One very helpful habit around tempting times of year is to eat a REALLY good breakfast and lunch. So here's a festive and colorful lunch packed with veggies, fiber, and lean protein.

For the wrap:

Protein/Fiber Wrap

Deli Turkey Lunch Meat Rolled Up

Feta or Skinny Cow

For the salad:

Cucumbers

Tomatoes

Kale

Red Onion

Feta

Lemon Juice

Salt + Pepper

Dill

You can measure these ingredients to make a wrap and salad to fit your macros and your tastes for the day. Forget the salad dressing and just enjoy the feta and lemon juice plus some really good salt mixed into your veggies.
