Chicken Bombs

For all those of you asking, here is Coach Sylvia’s infamous CHICKEN BOMB recipe! 💣⁣


Ingredients:⁣

⁣4 ounce chicken breast⁣

1/2 jalapeño pepper⁣

1 @thelaughingcowusa cheese wedge⁣

14g shredded cheddar cheese⁣

1 slice of bacon⁣

1 T (16g) @stubbsbbqsauce (‘original’ sauce is a lower carb than most other options). ⁣

Instructions:⁣

⁣Filet chicken breast and pound it out to an even size. Slice jalapeño in half and remove the seeds. Mix the cheese wedge and shredded cheese together and stuff into the halved pepper. Roll the stuffed jalapeño into the flatted chicken breast. Wrap the chicken with 1-2 slices of bacon. ⁣

⁣Although these taste amazing cooked on the grill, these can also be baked in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (turning halfway through). Broil for an additional five minutes to crisp the bacon. Top with barbecue sauce and serve. ⁣
