Are You Burning Yourself Out?

If you are burning yourself out trying to make all the changes at once, this one is for you.

Trying to make a 180 degree shift is going to be real overwhelming real quick. It won’t be a matter of IF you burn out…it will be a matter of when.

The key is to pick one thing and master it. THEN move on to the next thing. Even if it’s just 1% in the right direction.

After you make that first shift, it will become so much easier to make another and another.

  • Can I walk five minutes today?

  • Can I drink one extra glass of water?

  • Can I go to sleep five minutes earlier?
