Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are one of the quickest ways to meal prep for the week! Easy to grab and eat on the go for the whole family and although we are loving this cinnamon apple combination for fall, there are tons of ways to change em’ up!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (40g) dry oats (or gluten-free)
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
2 scoops (20g) @vitalproteins Collagen Peptides (optional)
3 oz. diced apple
Instructions: In a mason jar, combine all ingredients and top with diced apple (add additional milk to desired consistency if needed). Refrigerate overnight and they are ready to go! Top with any additional toppings that your macros allow: raisins, chia seeds, flax seeds, nuts, hemp hearts, nut butter.
