Systems Matter

Do you promise yourself that you’re going to wake up in the morning to workout, but hit the snooze too many times and miss your sweat sesh?

Do you come home from work starving and start grazing on whatever you see first in the pantry?

If these sound like you, it’s not lack of motivation…it’s lack of SYSTEMS.

Systems make the habits and practices EASIER TO DO.

If you can’t seem to wake up early for your workout, no matter how many times you promise yourself you will, create a system to help!

-Get a workout buddy.

-Schedule your workouts for the week on Sundays.

-Set out your workout clothes the night before.

-Set the timer on your coffee pot so your pre-workout is ready to go when you wake up!

If you struggle with eating all the things in the pantry when you walk in the door from work due to hanger, create a system!

-Prep food the night before and have it sitting in the fridge in eyesight.

-Eat a snack on your drive home from work.

-Don’t buy items that make it difficult for you to resist when you are hungry.

Motivation will come and go, but systems and ACTION is the difference between reaching your goals or not!
