Dill Chicken Salad

Our dill chicken salad is perfect for eating on the go with crackers, as a sandwich, or scooping up with bell peppers.

10 oz. canned chicken

1 TBS apple cider vinegar (or pickle juice from the jar)

55g nonfat greek yogurt (or mayo)

30g apple, finely diced

30g celery, finely diced

1 TBS fresh dill

1 TBS fresh chives

1/2 fresh lemon, juiced

Mix it all together in a bowl and go crazy with dill and chives to taste!
